SHIPPING / RETURNS
Orders are shipped biweekly.
Shipping cost (in Benelux) is 5 euro. For shipping to other destinations, please contact us via email.
No shipping or delivery on weekends and public holidays. Updates about delays or items being out of stock are sent by email as soon as possible, the latest 30 days after placement of the order. Please be aware that delays may occur during sales, busy periods or public holidays.
Borvo Collective does not guarantee that all items shown are in stock at the time of your order. In the event that an item is unavailable, Borvo Collective will inform you by email. Although we do our best to display correct images, correct colors, info, and prices, errors may occur.
RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
To return or exchange products, please contact us by email on email@example.com for confirmation and agreement.
We will happily issue a replacement or refund within 14 days after receiving the order. All returned products must be unused, free of damage, stains, odor or any other condition which would prevent them from being sold as new.
Customers will assume responsibility for all return shipping charges, including duties and sales taxes in certain instances. Borvo Collective will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation for any return packages lost in transit.
